    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  2. Customer Provides Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  3. No Restocking Fee:

    • We want your experience with Canine Wellness Academy to be smooth. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

  4. Exchanges or Refunds + Shipping:

    • If you wish to exchange an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
    • In case of a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  5. Final Sale Items: Downloadable Content:

    • Items marked as "Final Sale," especially downloadable content, cannot be returned or refunded. We have identified these items as non-returnable or non-refundable due to their nature.

Refund Process:
